GENERAL

2. While we try to ensure that all details and prices on our website are correct errors may occur. Orders can only be accepted if there are no errors in the description or prices of the goods advertised on this website. If we discover an error in an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel your order and you will not be charged. Cheques for orders received by post will be returned.

3. Garry Evans Tackle Centres will not pass on your personal details to any third party, other than courier and delivery services, in order to notify you of delivery progress. If you have placed an order online, you will automatically be included on our email offer data base. You may opt out and unsubscibe at any time. 

4. All items are subject to availability. Whilst we try to ensure the information in our site is accurate due to high levels of demand we may be out of stock of an item. Should this be the case we will contact you by email, telephone or, if we do not have any other contact details for you, by post, as soon as possible.

5. You may correct or cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by pressing the remove button next to the item. You can also email us at sales@garryevans.co.uk or by telephoning 029 20619828 during working hours.

6. You may cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are in an unused condition and in the original packaging. You must return the goods at your expense to the address above.

7. You may reject goods within 30 working days of receipt due to a fault. In which case we will cover the return carriage and do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. You must return the goods to the address above.

8. If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

9. In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods
