Gemini Genie SRT Springs

The Gemini Genie SRT Spring is a simple solution to a common problem with clip down rigs. On a clip down rig where the snood line is usually a lower breaking strain than the rig body is, the snood stretches considerably more during the cast! Consequently, after a few casts the snood will be too long to clip down and the rig will no longer function. To prevent this, the Genie SRT Spring compresses during the cast, reducing the stretch in the line and so helping to maintain the snoods original length, cast after cast. The SRT Spring also keeps the hook under optimum tension in the bait clip during the cast and gives dynamic release!
