Important Information
- Small Items – This include lines, reels, tools and accessories up to 2kg in weight. Royal Mail 1st Class is usually next day (excluding Sunday or Bank Holidays)
- Large Items/Express Delivery – This includes rods, waders, large luggage items etc. Delivery is usually 24 hours (excluding Sunday or Bank Holidays)
- Next Day (UK Mainland only) – Order before 12.30pm GMT for same day dispatch. The order will usually arrive the next working day (excluding Sunday or Bank Holidays) if we have the items in stock.
- Proof of Delivery - You may be required to provide a signature upon delivery. The signature does not have to be the account holder, just the person accepting the parcel.
- Condition of Parcel - Always check the conditions of the parcel before signing. If there's damage, please refuse the delivery & contact us immediately.
- Not at Delivery Address - If you are not in when the parcel is delivered and the courier is unable to leave the parcel in a safe & secure place, they will leave a card notifying you of the time they attempted the delivery. Please contact them to arrange to have the parcel re-delivered. Couriers may attempt to deliver the parcel mulitiple times - but if unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to Garry Evans.
